How to request a refund or return an item:

We really hope you love the items you receive, but in the unlikely event you would like to return all or part of your order please follow our guidelines below:

Step 1

All purchased items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of placing your order.

If you’d like to request a refund please email royalmerchants2@gmail.com with details of your order (inc. Order reference number) and the item(s) you’d like to return. Please also let us know the reason for your return/refund request.

Step 2

When our customer service team has confirmed you are eligible to return the item(s) simply return your goods unused and in their original packaging to: the return address provided.

You will be responsible for paying for the return postage unless your order is faulty or defective, in which instance our team will happily provide you with a FREE postage label.

Step 3:

Within 7 days of receiving your returned goods our team will email you to confirm and receipt and issue you with a refund. Your refund will be returned to the original Credit / Debit Card or PayPal account you used to place your order with.

Our refund & returns policy:

In our policy the following words shall have the following meanings:

• “Seller” means Royal Merchants,
• “Buyer” means the organisation or person who buys Goods from the Seller;
• “Conditions” means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller;
• “Delivery date” means the date specified by the Seller when the Goods are to be delivered;
• “Goods” means the articles to be supplied to the Buyer by the Seller;

“Price” means the price set out in the list of prices of the Goods maintained by the Seller as amended from time to time or such other price as the parties may agree in writing plus such carriage, packing, insurance or other charges or interest on such as may be quoted by the Seller or as may apply in accordance with these conditions;

Returns / Cancellations

• It may not always be possible for the seller to amend or cancel a buyer’s order, as it may have already been dispatched.
• Once the buyer receives the goods on the delivery date, they should inspect it, notify the seller and ask to return the goods if required.
• The buyer should do this by emailing royalmerchants2@gmail.com but they must make sure that they do it within 14 days.
• If the buyer does not return the goods within this time period they will not be eligible to return them.
• the buyer is responsible for paying for the return of the goods and should cover the price of returning the goods.
• The seller is not obliged to refund the cost of returning the goods to the buyer;
• If the buyer does return the goods within this period, the Buyer is only eligible to do this if the goods are:

1.     4.1 – the seller should notify the buyer when they have received the returned goods;
2.     4.2 – the seller should give updates to the buyer on the status of the refund once they have received the goods.       

• If the refund is approved by the seller, they should refund using the original method of payment by the buyer within 7 days.
  
• If the item is required to be returned, a free post label will be provided by the seller.
  
• The seller should notify the buyer when they have received the returned goods;
  
• The seller should give updates to the buyer on the status of the refund once they have received the goods.
  
• Goods requested to be returned must be returned using the postage label provided by our customer service team
